Truly wonderful meal at @pressnapavalley last night. The food @threejayk is creating is profoundly thoughtful, talented, and downright delicious. Crudités that wow you. Smoked trout so beautiful seasoned it audibly made us go "Whoa," and the Little Gem nachos had us aching for more. Not to mention the carrot hot dog. CARROT. HOT. DOG. I know the "big guys" in Napa Valley are what the world thinks of when describing the incredible food being made here, but it's chefs like @threejayk that are stealing the show. A must go for anyone in Napa.
@blm11 and @_yonilevy_ are doing something special in Outer Sunset at the beautiful @outerlands. Bread and pastries that rival the country's best and incredibly thoughtful and delicious plates of California-centric food. A star of a restaurant in a city known for some of the country's brightest.
